    Thankyou for the advice, I contacted the dealer and although my warranty recently ended they are going to have a good look and sort it out for free so I'm impressed ! This loose bolt seems to be what they think as well. 'van is on a seasonal at the moment so they are going to do it on site...

    I'm trying to post here! maybe this will work, the floor is creaking and have had the "de lamination treatment" done, have no damp or leaks, my van has been in use all winter and no probems at all - til now... warranty up so, do I have a problem?

Never towed with it though, not sure if it could? brooklyn is on a seasonal pitch at the moment and bongo takes me all over the place, France last year no problems. campervan is great for weekends away you need to love walking though, annoying to pack...
