    The other major problem that you would need to deal with is supplying enough current to the winch. It is not unusal for one to draw 100A under full load.     Solar Panel mounting

    I plan to get a solar panel shortly as we are visiting a number of sites that have not mains hook up. Has anyone sucessfully permently mounted a panel on top of the caravan or do you just put it outside once on site. I am concerned that if it not bolted down it will walk as they cost ~£300
