Keith, don't know any with pools but there is a very good one called rawcliffe manor where we have stopped many times. Very close to lots of amenities, cim=nema, bowling restaurants etc.

I really don't think that you would win. I think it is only reasonable that you return the faulty poles and would have got a replacement or a refund. Does your insurance not cover you.
