I have used the Dutch Repusel mirrors for over twenty years on different cars. They are held on by straps over the wing mirror. Not sure if they will fit your mirrors but worth a look. https://www.repusel.com/ENGLISH/

I had a problem with the lugs breaking off and repaired them by fitting large plastic rawlplugs held on with a screw through the case. Worked very well for a number of years

If caravan is a 2016 Conqueror it will have a fully composite floor as well as the composite walls and roof.

Hi Did this inside my garage by attaching the awning rail to existing wooden shelves. Very easy to pull awning into the rail and support by two pairs of steps. Allows awning to dry or air if folded up wet or damp.

Hi noticed on third photo that you have underfloor heating ticked. Does the Bessacarr have this feature? If not it needs to be deselected. Not sure if that would help.
