i packed smoking in 18 months ago. 40 a day for 45 years i went to my doctor and told him that a friend reccomended CHAMPIX. he prescribed me a course and three weeks into it i stopped smoking. i had my last ciggarette on 20 Oct 2010 at 0930. not really bothered about being around...
