My feeling is the ultrastore has probably packed in but I won't know until I take to the garage. It's definitely odd that the electrics won't work though.

The fridge can run on gas but tried it and it wouldn't fire up, so that's one for the garage. The hook up is fine. It's a strange one for sure.

A big thanks for all the replies and info so far. After watching a couple of vids on YouTube and doing some research it sounds like the Vango pump is compatible with the majority of makes of awnings so I've ordered one. If it works then great, if not I'll get the Dometic one.
