    chip tuner

I would not entertain any form of tuning, invisible or not, without getting insurance co approval in writing. If you hit a wing off you will probably get away with it. In the event of serious incident, trust me, the insurance co will detect, and reject claim.

    Peugeot 406 est 2.0ltr petrol

This will be fine. Although if it was Hdi you would be looking at 35 mpg towing. You will be lucky to get half that with yours.

    tow car

As Denis says, forget it.And as my granny would of said "It will all end in tears" I have towed Bordeaux with Peugeot 406 110Hdi Estate and it is on the limit with that. The prospect of a sudden crosswind or National Express doesn't bear thinking about with your combination.

    Ford Galaxy

I have similar issues with my new X-Trail. What really gets up my goat is that my 1968 Ford Cortina 1600 L had super efficient heating and demisting with just two little slidey controls and a two speed fan.Progress??..I don't think so.

    Which estate car?

I would thoroughly recommend Peugeot 406 Estate with the 110 Hdi engine. These are becoming excellent value since the introduction of the 407 range. Good luck.

    Bailey caravans

I would strongly advise against buying from show. No local dealer will be interested in dealing with any warranty issues, because 'you didn't buy from us.'Despite it being 2004 the caravan industry still likes to model itself on a British Leyland car dealership of the early to mid seventies.
