hi there ive heard alot of bad things about covers too. what i have heard of people doing though is getting tarpaulin big enough to fit the roof of the van, secure it in the corners and use the pipe insulation around the rope as you can get it dirt cheap and it cushions the rope against the van...

ah i can understand it from that point of view, guess were lucky that we have an older van then and have the spare wheel in the front locker

well if they are going to pay as they sound liable then take plenty of pics as it is now and make sure they sign an agreement to say that it will be restored to the way it was before the dent so if anything happens you have yourself covered there liable so i doubt they would make a worse job of it

ive just noticed on that advert for the link above, it says my van has no jacking point i thought all vans had one? im freaking out now as i cant check until we go away friday and have a bottle jack in the front but stumped if it doesnt have a jacking point?aaaaaa
