Tony. Your request would take pages to write could we ask the mods to give you my Email address and start from there. We started our CL some 14 years ago, lots of ups and downs, but generaly fun.

We have 10 amps on our cl with a 16amp outlet My electrition advised we should upgrade all our sockets to 16amps, cost between £8 and £10 thousand. Ie £2000 per outlet. This was a no situation should we be compleled to upgrade we would close the cl.

Jennifer Just how much gas do you intend to use. I have one 10kg refillable cylinder and in summer that lasts months, I just top it up when I feel it needs it usualy late season, after 6 weeks away. certainly never needed to top up while in France.

Dianne I realy do not want to know that. Our hardy caravaners have put up with 2 inches of rain this week and we had a high of 10 c but forgot when.The bright side is the multi coulored umbrellas on site. A hardy bunch we have on site this weekend

The only part of the M25 that is toll is the Dartford crossing, Last time I crossed I believe the cost as £1.50

Yes we have one of those. very much traveled, but some years ago arrived on site , only food we had was a tin of cassoulet,but no tin opener, Now carry 2 of each.2 cassoulet and 2 tin openers, also most inportant the tin openers have a bottle opener on them. We live and learn.

My Coachmsn has a plug next to the water pump inlet where you attach a shower unit, never used it. You must keep the pump in place to get any water. The name that comes to mind is Aqua source. but if you lookup the Coachman site the system is on there.

Pennine 6-Bar Heated Towel Rail I fitted one of these 100watt only tried it at home but converted the bathroom from an ice box to a warm room. Cannot remember where I got this from but I googled it and this was the result. I have a friend with one and he recommended it

Neil As a CL owner we do all we can to keep to the 5 van rule, at times its difficult but we try. How ever the CL is clearly marked by a fence, we do have 3 EHU in the ajoining medow and we kep these for 3 of our past regulars who now due to health problems find it difficult to book in...

No not realy we get very few who do not want EHU , Those that don't use them subisdise those that do

Sheila We have a set pitch night price of £10 this includes EHU. should a visitor not require the use of a EHU we charge £9 per night in summer. I would sujest your site operates a simular system.
