    way out in the wilds

Try Ireland. Cls and CSs in England are being destroyed by too much publicity, too many articles, web threads, generators, and general bad behaviour in my view. IMHO of course.

    Flags and Ensigns?

Thanks Colin. I've also got a long pole, but I've only ever stuck in the ground. And even then, only on special days. But I like your idea - maybe I'll try it with plastic cable ties. Do you only display your pole in Wales? I'm really keen to display my new Devon flag on mine. On your final...

    Flags and Ensigns?

If you are lager lout driving a white delivery van (NOTE DELIVERY VAN - NOT A CARAVAN!!!)then I suppose you might fly that during some football competition, but it would be quite unsuitable for a touring caravan. Does anyone have any SENSIBLE questions?

What happens when they do maintenance work on satellites? Presumably they have to switch off the GPS. How would you know where you are?

    posh caravaners

I find your attitude so depressing. Oh, so you have discussed it all before! Must be, oh, so boring for you. What about all the newbies like myself who want to learn more about caravanning and feel as though we are welcome in this forum? The spirit of caravanning is openness and inclusiveness.

    Smelly Bailey Senator

Jimmie, to go back to this foul smell in your caravan, had you intended to go fishing by any chance? If so, you must be very careful with rods, lines and bait. You must never let bait come into contact with interior fabrics. If that is the problem, you may have to purchase a specialist odour...
