I’m surprised that nobody has mentioned the Velcro waste pipe support straps that fit into the bottom skirt rail. These make adjusting the waste pipe fall a doddle. Saves propping things up with bricks and such. Use mine a lot.

Unless a water tank is properly baffled then travelling with 40 litres of water sloshing around is far from a good idea.

If the van has both 12v and mains wouldn’t there be an on board battery charger or “ transformer “ to take care of 12v when on hook up?

My advice ( for what it’s worth) Buy a good cool box and forget about running the fridge while towing. Too many potential problems with electrics and collapsing drawers due to weight. Okay people….. fire when ready 🤭

I had that a few years ago. Turned out to be a voltage drop due to a cheap voltage sensing relay. I replaced it with a heavy duty beast and that cured it.

I have been toying with the idea of a reversing camera for some time now and as I have a Garmin gps I could get the Garmin bc40 unit which is wireless. Trouble is I’m not sure that the specified range of 13m would work. Any one with experience of this camera care to comment?
