Have you checked that the mains connector hasn't fallen out of the power supply as they have a tendancy to do so. Its a normal 3 pin type the same as on many computers.

Can you access the back of the fan unit? I had a similar problem on my unit and it was the 12 volt feed that had come unplugged from the back of the fan unit.

Remove the pump connector from the van and chech the voltage across the two connectors. Do you have 12 volts at the connector and will it light a normal car stop lamp bulb. If so the problem is the pump if not then is the pressure switch working?

Look in the main fuses in the PDU (power distribution unit) and you should see one marked pumps. This is where the toilet is fed from.

Mark is this the lease company specifying the maximum caravan weight in their contract wording?

John, Make sure you apply for your motorway vignettes before you go. Look on-line for the official government web sites. It's better that a 150 Euro fine in Austria if the poice pull you over.

How does the handle attach to the centre threaded rod, is it also held by a roll pin? If so, have they first fitted the pin you cannot get to, assembled the wheel and rod mechanism into the outer tube and then fitted the handle last? Doing it in the reverse order would allow you to get to the...

Jensen, In the first set of photographs there was a switch marked Van/Car and it seemed to be set for the 12 volt feed to be coming from the car and not the van leisure battery. Does it need the switch to be in the other (top) position?
