Thank you Metz. Swift Talk site is down and Sargent doesn't stock the NE190 or 5 pin cable however they put me in touch with a local supplier. Distributor has now changed their minds - three year parts warranty has now become two! Van is 2 years, 6 months old!!

Abbey Vogue & Swift Group are reporting serious faults with the NE190 and Battery Chargers. NE190 an be found as you walk in front door detailing pump, voltage etc. I have SER or E3 since new and no fault can be identified. Manual suggest an error between panel and fusebox.... Does anyone...
