Dont bother coming to Devon then for the next TWO years and heading to Newton Abbot off the A38 at Drumbridges they are closing the A382 for that period for road improvements.
Admittedly the diversion is prob only roughly 2 miles along the A383........................nearly past my front door...
Just had a quick look along the road and saw no footpath except on the bridge itself, just wondering how busy it would be walking back late at night in the dark.
Now made worst with Hutch wanting to start at lunchtime :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
But suppose we are all grown ups so should be able to...
Just a little thought, looking on Google maps there is no footpath along that B road, is there a short cut across the field from site?
Don't fancy Hutch and I having to crawl back along an unlit road!
Edit: We would prefer the April date if poss,
We're in if beginning of April, (cant do month ends).
And if you allow me to attend I promise I'll park my accommodation at the other end of the site so as not to compromise the streamlined looks of caravan's ;)
No probs Hutch, was thinking about popping up but Thurs I have hospital appointment, Friday Mags has hair booked and Monday Im at dentist, dont know how I find time to work !!!
Let us know when you are in the area.
Glad you've had the OK onwards & upwards.
We walked the canal up to Devizes, then I was dragged around the town,
got a taxi back!! Then had a snooze.
Made it to the Three Magpies though, very nice.
