Hi all we are thinking of siting our van so am looking for sites that do this all year or have a storage facility alongside. we are in west yorkshire and would consider anything upto 3 hours travel. e.g east coast, north yorkshire or the dales. we have 2 children and a small dog. we don't like...

hi yes we booked in for next year too in august. and they still have a bus going into st ives. great. dont have to bother with the car and can have a pint in the restaurants.

well i am well ware of that. however how would they (insurance) know if one was fitted or not. fact is vans are stolen with or without security devices fitted. if the theif want your van will a wheel clamp really stop them?

does anyone bother with the wheelclamp whilst sited? with the awning attached and the alko securely attached and also the internal alarm activated whilst away surely this would be adequate.
