Thanks everyone, it turns out the pressure switch on this caravan is notorious for breaking, we have an engineer who is replacing the switch for us with a more reliable unit. Thanks for all your input :)

Thank you all, it is looking like either the wiring or pressure switch. The pressure switch is the prime candidate at this time.
