Thanks, both valid suggestions, I had thought of something simple like a bolt, wonder if theres something out there purpose built for touring caravans. Maybe I could drill the interior handle and put a small padlock under the catch when its in the locked position? Any other suggestions...

We've recently bought a Elddis Crusader Superstorm, which came with a Suncamp Prestige, full size awning, and a Suncamp 390 porch awning. We got the porch awning up, no probs, very easy, but for some reason can't get the Suncamp Prestige as tight as we'd like, even with the use of an awning...
