Perhaps i should have said a budget instead of a year; budget is £10k and those years seemed to align with my budget. I'm intrigued by the SMART system. Whats the history or what year did it start? Did i read that early vans had a traditional floor with a bottom layer of grp?

Hi, Assuming I could physically get a domestic under-counter household 240v fridge in/out the front window, would it fit in the opening of the dometic one and then what becomes of the vents on the outside; are they part of the fridge? Has anyone done it?

Folks I can’t seem to find anywhere with the dometic gale pump in stock. Has anyone any alternatives they would recommend and if so, are any adapters needed? FYI I’d probably prefer a 240v too. Tks.

What’s your views on fitting a diesel heater in the front locker connected to the existing duct work? All these ideas I have and the simplest is just to get my truma working.lol

I have briefly looked at the truma website and they do one but it’s appears to be to supplement a combi heater so unsure if the fan on it would be adequate but even if it was it is pricey.

Just thinking out loud here but is there such a unit as an all electric blown air system where by you could potentially connect it to the existing ductwork basically bypassing the truma 3002?
