    Prethope, Much Wenlock

We have visited this site many times, in lovely countryside, it is situated in a deep valley setting below the main road, and our only downside is we have not been able to get TV reception. A good base for touring, with lots of interesting market towns, and good country pubs. Enjoy.

The Caravan Club, used to have a beautiful site at Goodwood racecourse, which we used to use every year, but it was closed about 10 years ago. Cheers, Jeff

    Ferries

I think it is a good idea to put the jockey wheel down, as in bad weather, when the ship pitches, it saves movement on the rear suspension of the car. Cheers Jeff

    Mondeo TDCI Faults ?

Hi Royston, Yes, using tick over revs only, is the only way I have been able to get off a site in wet weather, but from stand-still it is difficult with a fierce clutch. I now try to position the van, so we can leave site, in a downhill direction, wherever possible, - in case it is wet when we...

    Mondeo TDCI Faults ?

The car is now coming up for its 3rd service, and 1st MOT, and has been a pleasure to own. I tow a Bailey Pageant, and it really is effortless,my only criticisms of the car are 1.The...

    Faulty Gas Regulator

I have also had this same problem, on my 2005 Bailey Pageant, which I run on butane. A friend has also had the same problem on his 2005 Bailey Pageant, which he runs on propane. Our local Bailey dealer is not interested. I have written to Baileys, and while they were quite happy to pay for...

    Scenic Plus Porch Awning.

You don't need the overall height of the van, it is the distance between the ground, and the awning rail that you need to measure.I use a scenic plus on my Bailey Pageant, and find it is a really useful porch.

Due to health / age problems, I need to get a cordless drill, for use on the corner steadies. Any advice would be appreciated, and suggestions for type and model. Thanks

Hello, We bought a new Pageant Monarch in Jan 2005, and we are absolutely delighted with it. This is our second Bailey, and would recommend it to anyone. The end bathroom is superb, and there is no end of storage space. The van tows well ( Mondeo tdci ) and it is very well equipped, even down...
