Your dealer has agreed to the faults being covered by the warantee, I hope that you have that in writing as with any faults before 6 months the dealer has to prove where the problem is but after 6 months you have to prove it. Can we ask what the faults are or what parts they are waiting on?

look around , there are plenty of insurance companies out there and you can put it to them that your van will be stored at a cassoa storage but will not have a wheel lock on, let us know how you get on, it may be of use to someone else.

apart from the obvious security things, my advice is to get a good insurance and never leave anything in the van that you would not like to loose. This also applies to caravans in storage compounds. What about security cameras around your house, at least then you can see how it was done if...
