Update it was the control panel . Engineer replaced with a second hand one £70

😫 WOW spoke to someone today they want to take it away to workshop to have a look at it. £300- £400 plus £85 call out charge . Spoke to someone else he's pretty sure it's control panel. We'll see

The wife has spilt a cup of tea on the worktop above the dometic fridge . The fridge started bleeping immediately we cleaned up the visible water around the top and fridge, however when we woke up the next morning the lights on the control panel had gone off and the fridge was not working...

Update. Finally got our caravan back was with them for 5 weeks new ceiling (don't know technical term 😄 ) skylight been resealed and gave us a brand new mattress. Stuck to our guns about not having to pay for pick up and re delivery and finally can get on with enjoying our van.

Update .... After many weeks of phone calls they are finally picking it up today at no cost . Will let you know outcome sooner I hope. 🤞

Hi we bought an elddis tourer last June before they delivered it they said they wanted to reseal it . when we went for first visit last weekend we found damp patches in bedroom around the skylight. If they have resealed it would you expect the skylights to be resealed as well ? Need to get in...

Just wondering what people think about closing blinds on the skylights when not using the caravan. Especially when closing it down at the end of the season?

Correct it's a whip ariel . The van is a 2015 eldiss rambler.

It's going back in to dealers next week for some work doing. I will ask them to have a look. If it's no good I will see how much it is for a new ariel to be fitted. Anybody got a rough price ?
