John I tow using a 13 pin plug The work was done by Portland Towing of Lincoln and I have never had any problems. It is easier to use and the caravan plug locks into the car socket.

John Hi I had the same problem with a Burstner. My dealer fitted a purpose built Truma supplied waterproof and insulated pipe. This improved the heating. The interior thermostat was also moved as one of the blowers was opposite the factory fitted thermostat which kept cutting out the hot air.

Hi I have had a similar problem with a Burstner 500ts. Truma can supply an insulated weather proof ducting pipe to go under the caravan. I had one fitted but also had the room themostat moved away from a hot air duct and placed at head height No more problems.
