thank u very much for that i think we did run it with no water it does seem to be getting to tank just not in to taps would this be the pump ?too thank you again

hi can some one please help we got our abbey oxford 1991 about 4 years ago the pump was not working right so we got a new one it the one with a inlet and 2 prongs which worked fine until we cmae to us it again it is making a noise and seems to be pumping water in to tank but we haev no water...
