I think i have made an identification they look like booklice or psoids (spelling) which live in damp conditions, that would probably explain why ive seen them before as our caravan has had a big leak and has been repaired this year, plus the fact of all the rain i will investigate...

I dont like to say on here but its not at durham store. I know what you mean by thunderbugs i dont think its them, when i picked one up it looked very similar to an ant but smaller.
