Came home Saturday which was their last day of opening DD. DIL still hasn't calved though but there was enough groundwater about so didn't need the swimming pool . I must have been having a senior moment, which come all too often these days, because I thought you were all going to Rivendale...

Hope you all have a good time and the weather is better for you at Rivendale than it is for us at Sen Orstul. Decided to stay another week because our DIL is still no nearer calving but wish we hadn't from the forecast.

Thank you both. Had the steadies up this morning to test the brakes hoping they hadn't seized. We have to use the handbrake because of the slope the vans on. I dare say the steadies might hold it but not going to chance it. I chanced it once too often before with sad consequences for the van...
