We had the same problem on a previous van. It was an easy fix if you knew what to do. If you are getting a replacement bolt, might be worth getting a spare while you are at it- not long after one went, the steady on the opposite side joined the party. Mel

Try dunking the end of the pump up and down in the aquaroll in case there is air in it. Has worked for us in the past. Mel

We use the grey Colapz waste pipes as well as those hook peg things that DD showed. Much easier to store than a coil of grey pipe. Mel

Is it possible to position the caravan and awning so that the pegs fall just outside the concrete slab? Otherwise I can see no solution. What are others on the same site doing? Mel

Is it windy where you are. Whale heaters are notoriously sensitive o wind blowing directly onto the flue. If so see if you can divert the wind using the Aquaroll or moving your car around to that side of the van. Don’t block the flue though. Then press the reset button on the whale heater...
