I have been using a spoiler and I find that the mpg is one mile less than when not using it. I am still playing about with it to try and get a better result. The real benefits are that the van and car are much more stable and it keeps the bugs off the front of the van.

Calor would originally swop any cylinder for a lite one but have now changed their policy and will only swop like for like. This info from article in Practical Caravan.

If you do not have rear seat passengers try loadig behind the front seats, or fir a tow ball on the front of the car and push or pull the van onto a hard surface, hope this helps.

I tow a 1275k van with a 1.9 diesel Octavia, on motorways at 60 I get 33/34 on A roads this drops to around 30.
