Darren, Try Cardiff Caravans in Penarth Road as a start point as they sell Knaus Starcraft models.

We use the Witter model that fits on the tow hitch and it can be fitted and removed in seconds, We have used ours on a Frontera and a Freelander without any problems whatsoever and would recommend this model unreservadly. Good Luck. Roger.

We too had the same problem initially, to get over the problem we push the "gold bar" into its slot and hold it down whilst turning too lock the jockey wheel in place. We have found that we have to release the locking lever more tham you really need too as the "bar" lifts out if you don't. Hope...
