    The dreaded Swift crack.

Does that apply to all forms of finance? I thought some forms of leasing were excluded.

    Poor design TV aerial system

I believe Ford and PSA, now Stellantis, had a joint development for the wet-belt engines, hence the common problems.

Wifi speed - Camping & Caravanning Club Main Club sites?

I imagine there's wide variation in the wifi bandwidth drawn down by each caravan - many will just use it for wifi calling, emails and forum surfing - while others will want to stream HD TV and films for hours on end - so it doesn't surprise me that site owners limit their spend on wifi...

Caravan newb looking for winter camping choices

Not just turning into sites - but any turn as the longer the caravan the more the rear corner will swing out wide.

    Crit - air needed ??

Unlike a Crit-Air or Vignette which applies to a specific vehicle, the Blue Badge applies to the driver or a passenger and is designed to be moveable between vehicles.

    Drat it!

There are places in England with countdown markers to the 30 limit but these are technically illegal as they contain the 30 in a red ring but positioned outside the limit. At one time the North Wales police declared that they wouldn't use the APCO/NPCC guideline of 10% + 1mph but would...

Insurers aren't notified of the speed involved so can't do it on that basis.

    Drat it!

The problem with using satnav to identify speed limits is that in-built systems are usually out of date and don't reflect changes in the limits - even online satnavs like Google Maps or Waze aren't totally accurate. The mk1 human eyeball and brain is still the best there is - but very...

    Noseweight query

My own logic is that noseweight should be as heavy as possible without exceeding car/caravan limits. Various bodies suggest 5-7% of MTPLM but these figures are influenced by the fact that most caravan hitches are 100kg, thus precluding any higher figures - rather than a best ratio.

Some, but not all, authorities allow you to choose a course in your home area.

    Volvo xc60

They may be changeable with a good diagnostics system like Ross-tech's VCDS which is for Audi, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagens - for instance, my Stop-Start defaults to "on" as standard but can be changed to default to "off" or default to "last setting"
