Thanks for the explanations. So am I right in thinking the Listed Sites are usually the very big holiday parks? These don't appeal at all and they seem very expensive. Are these CS and CL sites classed as non-commercial sites?

Excuse my ignorance but I am very new to camping and only just had our very first caravan trip. I am getting confused with CL's,CS'S etc can someone explain please. If i'm correct CL means Club site or Certified Site? not sure what the difference is or am I totally wrong? Sorry for being thick!!

I am trying to find a campsite near sittingbourne/ Sheppy in Kent. The ones I have found are to expensive or don't allow dogs. I am looking for a small non-commercial site but finding it difficult to find them. Any help please.

Thanks to all your messages. I have booked through the camping & Caravan club and there was a drop down menu that had up to 10 dogs. We are taking two adults dogs possibly the two puppies if family cant have them. There wasn't a charge for them so very pleased. Now all we have to worry about is...
