Me and my wife and our three boys started camping back in the early 90's, got fed up with wet tents, eventually in early 2000 once kids of hand thought about a caravan but I was not sure if I wanted to tow something so big even though I have a hgv1, the wife mentioned she had found a folding caravan site I just laughed and said yer ok. Cut a long story short it was Gobur caravans in north Norfolk we went for a visit and ended up buying a 1996 slimline t2 I think, it was the same width as a car so where you went it went lol,you know we had that van for about 4 years and the fun we had . . . Eventually it was me that got fed up making the bed up, and so in 2016 at the Caravan and Motorhome show in Birmingham we purchased our Sterling Eccles 510 lux which we eventually collected in feb 2017, we still have the van maintained to top spec by myself, I've since been looking to upgrade to a Coachman 575 vip mainly because I fancy an island bed now the only issue is it won't fit on the drive (to the wifes amusement) shes happy with the sterling, so watch this space we are looking to move so once I get a longer drive Bob's yer uncle as they say lol.
