    I would suggest that you insist on the dealer sending an engineer out to check the brakes, if not at least arrange to have it checked out, sounds like they have not been set up properly and with one side doing all the braking you could be in trouble. Stuart.(caravan engineer)

    Terry, warm gently with a hot air gun on low, gently pull away from the van at 90 degrees, warming as you go. When applying the new decals it helps if you spray the van with soapy water first, it allows you a bit of movement if you don't get it in the right place first time. Good luck.

    Tony, Firstly, don't cut anything. The yellow tap drains the hot water heater, the red bung drains the cold water from the pipes.(sometime you will have two red bungs, one for cold and one for hot).
