Okay, an update on the alarm situation. We've discovered that the 12v back up battery was leaking, so wasn't providing the correct current to the alarm when the leisure battery fell below 12v. We'd been experimenting with using solar.

We purchased it this year, no not from a dealership.

We've read the manual and tried what you've suggested already, hence why we're a bit baffled and asking for help.

We have tried resetting it with three prong, but it just starts flashing again. Will try again though, thanks.
