Hi We’ve just bought a Hobby Prestige 720 UKFE It has electric underfloor heating that appears to be stuck on constant, we’ve turned it off at the control panel and on the myconnect AP yet the floor is constantly warm. Any ideas as to get this off as we are melting !! 🫣 Many thanks
