    just swapped all my strip lights for a 7 pound reel of leds that can be cut to size, it was cheap, simple and they are self adhesive on the back! the result was fantastic, all old lights on i was pulling over 20 amps from the batt, with all the leds on it was down to 1.4 amps!!!! wow pm me...

    sorry forgot to add, must be warm weather, over 5degrees for the expanding foam to cure properly, you can use a blow heater but dont leave it unattended EVER, ive seen too many vans burn due to the pull on these heaters, the plug will melt before the trip switch kicks in! Summer is best...

    ok so i have read all the advice and would like to add this, if your van is worth under 3000, then use expanding foam (the window fitting type) i have used both resin and expanding foam in several vans over 10 years and the expanding foam is cheeper and lasts longer! 4 inch gap between holes...
