2007 Avondale Dart buying advice

I am afraid I would not touch anything from Avondale for 2007/8. This is the period when they were in serious financial trouble and I am told were run by accountants with cost cutting being the order of the day. Damp is a major problem for that period and bodies not correctly fastened to the floor. I suppose there may be an argument to say any still for sale will be the ones they got right though but a damp check all over is certainly needed rather than just the back panel.
