A friend and myself have just bought a new Stirling caravan each, we both have the same problem, the battery charger is not working, we have been told from the dealer we bought them off, that Swift say that there is a fault on one or two of the vans, we are now awaiting for new chargers to be delivered, bearing in mind we boughrt our van last November, our friends purchased theirs in March. I just wondered if any one else have had or got the same problem

David, yes it is a known fault on a batch of Nordelectroica power supply units and Swift are replacing the faulty ones with no problem as soon as they are identified.
