Not exactly the same as 5CLs, but called Camping a la Ferme, a good guide for "Camping a la Ferme" sites is Camping Caravanning France published by Motor Presse France, cost is around 12_, available from W H Smith type shops, also Guide Officiel de Camping has a separate section in the back for Rural Camping. There's also a french website http://www.campingfrance.com/index.jsp?lg=uk which is the same as the book above - search for sites by 'department' or town etc.
