I have never heard of Read Caravans so obviously they are not a big outfit which probably goes in their favour!
Reads - just a suggestion, can you put a location map on your website. I tried to find you from the M65 - and couldn't - and even asked someone who had no idea where you were! He may not have been local, but some directions on the website (which junction, etc) would be helpful.

All I can see on your 'Contacts' page is a Google map of the whole of Britain - with a pin at Blackburn - but no local directions. I live in West Yorkshire, and was on the M65 - and tried each exit from the motorway into Blackburn but still couldn't find you. I just think a small local map slipped in the corner somewhere showing where you are in relation to the motorway would be a good thing.
I know your address and phone number are on there - but it really would be helpful to have some more local directions.

I think what Val is gently trying to say is that it would be a good idea to make it very, very easy for somebody who isn't too familiar with web mapping systems to be able to find you.
