Three weeks ago, in a moment of weekness I decided to buy a toolbox and tools that was advertised on Facebook, not Market place, at a stupidly low price. A few days later I started to think about this purchase and tried to contact the company and the email came back saying unknown.
Thankfully I had paid through PayPal, I asked them to try and get my money back, this morning a nice Email from PP, stating I am getting a full refund. I am so pleased that I use the PayPal system.

I've heard others praise Paypal - but if you're only a Guest and something goes wrong it's a right rigmarole to actually contact Paypal as almost all contact methods require Paypal id - although once you've established contact they do sort things out.

I didn't know you could use Paypal as a guest. I have an account with PP, to purchase items from Amazon and E Bay. And now it has paid off, pardon the pun.

Edit, You cannot use Paypal for Amazon.

In my case, there were no goods, and I think there never was. So nothing to return. Oh and it only took two day for the money to be refunded to my bank account.
That was a very quick refund mine took nearly 21 days (y)

I've closed my Paypal account due the fact they won't allow me to set an improved password on my account. They won't allow hypens in their passwords. Virtually all of my strong passwords utilise a hyphen. When I am forced exclude certain charactors I constantly forget them. Maybe a bit rash but I thought "well b****r you then!"

Try the underscore then. It’s a hyphen that’s “ grounded” and as easy to recall.
