Hi,
Apologies for the long post! We have a 2009 Abbey Vouge 540 and are due to go away on Sunday. We last used the van over the coronation weekend and all was fine.
Today we have plugged lead into mains in prep for going away, entered van to switch over at panel on wall as per usual . As I did so I noticed the control panel had lit up, but no volts numbers showing just a funny line on the edge of the screen which moved around. When I then went to press the button, all lights on panel went off and have remained off, no power / lights come on the panel. It seems to no longer be working. The van itself still has 12v with all lights, fridge, micro etc working, however the water pump isn’t working.
Any ideas?
The panel is a nordeletronica NE190.
I’ve taken the panel apart/off wall, plugged back together but still isn’t working.

I believe the brand of control panel you have, has a history of poor reliability. There have been several previous posts, but I have been unable to get the search system to find them.

Nordeletronica are based in Italy

I seem to recall there is a company that has undertaken repairs on this brand in the UK, but again the search facility hasn't helped, but I believe it will be either

A&R Electroniics https://www.arelectronics.co.uk/contents/en-uk/contactus.html
Seargent https://sargentltd.co.uk/tech-support

It may well be worth a call to them

I suspect your not going to be able to get repaired for Sunday

You might find a second hand unit at a caravan breakers, or on auction sites.
