Adria waste water

Is it safe to use a sink unblocker (Mr Muscle or similar) in an Adria as the waste water is slow to drain and sometimes backs up into the bathroom... please help??
 
we had this on our fleetwood/adria last time we went out-discovered that the waste hog was nearly full and unhelpfully the outlet pipe is lower than the waste hog inlet hence if not careful it may back up...
