Our new Bailey Unicorn V Cabrera and noticed the day after arrival that the Aquaroll was empty in the morning... So to cut a long story short we found that the water has been dispensed through both the pressure relief valve drain (clear tube) and the rubber tube from the brass gadget just before the PRV... Anyone any ideas of what we can do, although it's due in at the dealer immediately we return?

Thanks in advance

When you say the pressure relief valve is the the one on the drain valve, or are you talking about the air compensator on the hot outlet with the clear tube? If the later then it will be a new hot outlet required.

If the black tube by the brass part is dripping then that would be dripping antifreeze mix!

Here's the pic. As you can see the clear tube has water in it. It may be that the run off is dripping onto the black and then running down, both are together through the floor, separate from the drain valve outlet. Definitely only water rather than Antifreeze!

You could try turning the water pump off, open kitchen tap on hot then let about 20-30 seconds of water out of the heaters drain valve, turn pump back on and refill the water heater. I might be enough to dislodge anything that may have got stuck on the little ball in the hot outlet.

It only ran for about 15 seconds, but the pump is now only coming on about once every 15 minutes. Thanks for your advice
