We lost our kitchen window off our much loved caravan on our last camping trip. it came off while driving home so no chance of recovery. Luckily I have found a replacement window and fixings but it lacks the aluminium frame. Ant tips of where or how to get one? Or do I need one at all? pics attached of the framless new kitchen window and of the front RH side window with frame required.

Many thanks,

Only one pic!

Looks to me that the ‘frame’ is just cosmetic. So I would think it would perform just as well without it.

Its unlikely you will find a "new" spare part, so you'll probably need to contct repair specialists or caravan scrap yards.

It would appear to be only there as a cosmetic cover so that one doesn't see the rubber window seal underneath. On my caravan there's no additional frame but the plastic window panel itself has a black silk screen pattern printed on it to do the same job.

Silver, how about painting the surround of the window, or a PVC tape of a suitable colour to suit the other windows.

That’s a good idea. And reassuring I don’t need the frame as it’s one additional thing I’d need to track down and it took nearly a year to find a replacement window.
