ALKO 1300 - HELP! 😫

Hi, I am a complete novice and trying to replace the friction pads in my Alko 1300 via. A you tube video - however ….. I removed one friction pads in the side of the wheel - and have tried to take some pics of my Alko and I can’t work out on the other side - the side that has the lever??? As there seems to be nothing there when I look underneath? But there is something there but surely that’s not an old friction pad??! Is it …..sorry I am rubbish at explaining!
Does anyone have knowledge of Ak1300 and Can anyone help 🤣😝🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Try this. the guy mentions small circlips. pads should knock easily Make sure any shims in there are replaced in the same order, on the same side.
