ok so i have read all the advice and would like to add this, if your van is worth under 3000, then use expanding foam (the window fitting type) i have used both resin and expanding foam in several vans over 10 years and the expanding foam is cheeper and lasts longer!
4 inch gap between holes, roughly
hoover out the holes and the area dont stress about overdoing it!
chuck in the expanding foam in every hole
scrape off the excess on the surface
put some purspex sheet over top and weigh down with bricks or heavy item
leave for 24 hours
pry up the purspex, clean off the overspill (now hard) i use a wallpaper stripping tool
use sandpaper to remove whats left (if you have laminate, or even that stick down laminate)
yes you have some holes but cover with rug, they arnt that noticable anyway
I have just treated out 1996 bailey champagne and it is as explected solid, it will stay that way for years
another tip (again only on the older van) is to put 2x4 wooden strutts between the chassie under the floor
this gives fantastic support and they can be screwed through the chassie, max about 3 due to the weight of wood!!
i use my van every weekend on rallies aprox 36 times a year and saty in it for 4 weeks in the summer holidays, i weigh 18 stone and have a family, on every van i have ever had this has always worked and my fitter freind is always impressed witth the results.
IF YOUR VAN IS WORTH MORE THAN 3000 THEN GET IT DONE PROPERLY, YOU DONT WANT TO RUIN THE SALE PRICE OF YOUR PRIDE AND JOY!
hope you find this advice helpfull

sorry forgot to add, must be warm weather, over 5degrees for the expanding foam to cure properly, you can use a blow heater but dont leave it unattended EVER, ive seen too many vans burn due to the pull on these heaters, the plug will melt before the trip switch kicks in! Summer is best (spanish summer...not ours lol)
