Hi recently purchased a second hand 556.Im having problems with the water pump.It seems to have something to do with the small white pressure valve.Also my water heater does not appear to be working the fuse is okay.Anyone got any ideas?.

I had a similar problem with my 556 and a quick look at the user manual sorted it. Try adjusting the surge regulator located under the right hand forward seating area. How are you trying to heat the water? Elec, or gas?

Joe...if you've not sorted your water heater and your sure the fuse isn't blown or the MB not tripped out then try the following make sure you fil your heater with water before switching it on,you will only get a couple of chances to run it dry before you will kill the element but is an easy job to replace,two small nuts and a wiring connector,best to take your existing one with you when you go to buy a new one to match up.
