Awning Advice

Hi

I have just bought a new Elddis Avante 840 and am hoping that a forum member would be able to give me some advice. Due to lock down Im not able to get to a caravan dealers to measure the van and I want to buy a Kampa Air pro awning to go with the caravan. Just wondering if anyone has the same van and an Kampa air awning and if so what size it is ensuring it misses windows, doors and fridge vents.

You don’t say what year. But for 2021 these are the crucial sizes.

Porch Awning Height: 2420mm / 7'11"

Awning Sizes Ground to Ground: 10900mm / 35'9"

Suggest you Google ‘your van - the year - specification’

Yes its a 2021 and Im happy with the height its the width of the porch awning to make sure I miss windows / fridge vents with the awning uprights.

In a short time we will all be able to physically go so I would wait until you can see your choice of awning and able to measure it in person.

Sorry. What threw me, is, I googled the awning and it first appeared to be a full one. I now see that it just starts at the front and finishes part way down the van.

The site I looked at said it was discontinued! Perhaps it was only no longer available from that seller.
