I am about to take my 3 year old Monarch up to Bristol for its annual, and some warranty work. As i understand it, its the last warranty year. Next year, can i use a mobile "Bailey approved" agent on my drive, rather than make this arduous journey. Don't get me wrong, I have no complaint with Chipping Sodbury, but its not ideal having to pull it up early one day, and collect the next! I'm sure trhey will put me right, but just needed some feedback before I mention it to them this weekend.

There is one question to ask first.
What length of water ingress warranty do you have on the Bailey.
Some are 3 years, some 5 years and of course now we have 10 years onthe Alu Tech range.

Various items have warranties which expire at different times, windows- one year, Fridge-3 years, Cooker-3 years, Fire-3 years.

Throughout its warranty period the Bailey can have its Annual Service and Damp Check done by any NCC Approved Workshop or Bailey Approved workshop.

Repairs requiring to be done to the main caravan build, ie panel repairs, but not appliances, must, whilst within warranty be done by your supplying dealer or Bailey Approved workshop.
Appliance repairs under warranty can be done by any of the appliance manufacturers approved engineers.

Out of warranty you are able to use any engineer you prefer, but it is always advisable to use one who is part of the NCC Approved Workshop Scheme
