Hi and welcome to the forum.
There are numerous firms which specialise in caravan re-upholstery, search using Google for a local firm.
Similarly Google will reveal a long list of caravan breakers, most of which provide a mail order service.

thank you for that.
the price for the services seems very very high :( and i have looked at the caravan breakers and none of them seem to have anything for the Bailey ranger :( sad times.

I think the Ranger is not yet old enough to be in breakers yards unless you find a write off. The problem then is if the upholstery on yours is past its best others of the same age are probably going to be the same unless you are very lucky.

ok so we are left with the re-upholstery business,

I am now thinking of doing this myself.

can anyone tell me the problem with stapling the material together on the inside and then folding it over? sewing is not my strong point lol

I'm afraid there are no real cheap options.
Is it the fabric that has work out or the sponge?
7 years ago we bought yards of upholstery material from the Birmingham. Rag Market and made our own covers. I used the sewing machine and velcro strips for fasteners. They look 80% okay and have protected the originals which still look new.
The Professionals who advertise in the magazine will do a grand job but as you say it's not cheap.
If the inards of the cushions are ok why not buy some "Throw overs"?
